To fill the void between the market and the artisans and to erase the problem faced by this traditional artisan groups the role of M/s. Glaxy Exports is vital. This unit planned to fulfill the basic needs of this artisan communities and revive the craft in the region which is increasing day by day. The unit proves to be a helping hand to reanimate the artisans group to practice the craft with a new dimension by clustering among each other for new developments.

Since 1996 this unit started to participate in “Handicrafts and Gift Fair” at Pragati Maidan, N. Delhi. Now this art form become popular with every cross section of the society and it has crossed its territory overseas. Aimed at meaningful exposure of ‘Dokra’ art in global village, in the year of 2006, we have opened up a permanent show room for promoting the regional crafts at a strategic location at India’s most prestigious trade mart at “India Expo Mart”, Greater Noida, U.P. Now we have started to build up a “Craft Design Bank and Gallery” adjacent to our manufacturing unit.

This will be a well-equipped new facility to help the buyers and business community to visit manufacturing unit and museum to have a cursory look of the manufacturing process and reciprocity of customers’ need. We are proud that at least forty artisans could fend for themselves in this unit and we aspire to generate more employment and this is possible only with added infrastructure and expansion of on- going activity. In the soonest future Glaxy will perform design development workshops here for the betterment of neighboring crafts with neglected crafts and communities too.
